I will not say that “outer” beauty doesn’t matter because it impacts many aspects of our life. However, the term “beauty” isn’t limited to visual. For example, if you love someone for their SOUL/HEART/HOW THEY TREAT OTHERS/ETC…their outside beauty is only enhanced by WHO they are…not what they look like. Think about someone you thought was soooo beautiful and once you got to know them, they became LESS beautiful for how they were inwardly toward them self and others…now, think about someone you have met that had an ordinary beauty…nothing outstanding…yet, upon getting to know their inner self, how they looked at life, treated others, etc…their outward beauty became interestingly enhanced…where they truly were beautiful inside out! So here are a couple ideas to implement to deepen your inner beauty which will in turn enhance your outward beauty…ready?
❤️Beauty does not depend upon perfect sizes/shapes, but on the type of attitude you have for your body…in other words, you could have the most perfect outward body, but YOU still do not feel beautiful because of how your feel about your body…
❤️Look in the mirror. TAKE.YOUR.TIME. & instead of finding fault, focus on YOUR 3 most favorite features…and SMILE ?. This will boost your “happy” internal hormones…FYI studies have shown that our brain cannot differentiate between a genuine or fake smile, so not only will your brain think you’re happy, but you WILL appear more attractive…so, it may take time and persuasion, but do this each morning and it will gradually sink INTERNALLY…
❤️Shake off negativity. A 2011 survey with women, on average they each had 13 negative thoughts about their body … daily. Focusing on these negative thoughts warps who we are inside. It’s been proven in the field on neuroscience, that whatever you focus on shapes your brain. So, if you’re prone to negativity about yourself, put effort into speaking positive “inner” language…kind/gentle…and the brain will be retrained and you will feel the difference inwardly, thus affecting your actions…enhancing your total beauty.
❤️Nourish your beautiful friendships! Inspire and challenge each other along with (when needed) gentle, kind honesty. This is work, but worth it. If you feel stuck, then spread YOUR love…tell a stranger they have a beautiful smile, share a sincere compliment…”you did a nice job”…”that color looks good on you”…etc…and notice how you’re growing inwardly and this only make you more beautiful.
❤️These are just a couple ideas to try…pick ONE to start with and lay a “beautiful” foundation … and you can always ask a good friend…”what do you like about me most”…or “what part of my personality should I keep”…then you will learn amazing things about your BEAUTIFUL self. Happy Saturday beautiful ones…please share with me a positive vibe of what makes YOU special…
